Hola, hey, hej! I’m Blanca.
I am an environmental epidemiologist and biomedical scientist working on climate change adaptation and health inequalities. From biomedicine to climate hazards, I also work on risk perception and gender differences in risk and adaptive capacity.
Beyond research, I channel my energy and spare time into systematic change, thus advocating for climate-health translation into policies and as an executive board member of Women in Global Health Spain (WGH-Spain), advocating for gender equity in global health leadership.
